A boutique hotel with the brand of a destination.

A boutique hotel and residences given the brand of a global destination: identity, interiors as collateral, and a content world that sells the feeling of arriving before the doors ever open.
The Treetops is a boutique hotel and residences, not a global chain with decades of recognition behind it. It had to command destination pricing and international guests on character alone, and make residence buyers fall for a lifestyle that, at launch, existed only in renders. Every touchpoint had to feel like a place people already knew and wanted to belong to.
We built a brand with the confidence of an established name. A crafted wordmark engraved into stone and glass, a warm and cinematic palette, and interiors art-directed as brand collateral rather than decoration. Then we carried the name everywhere a guest meets it: brand books, bespoke packaging (silk-wrapped wine, printed matches), and a content world that made arrival feel inevitable.
Destination brand built before a single guest checked in. One identity carried across hotel stays and residences. Launch-ready brand world spanning space, print and content.
