A storied home, reborn.

A storied West Palm Beach home reborn under the Imago name: a full visual identity, brochure, signage and social that sell a story of glory reclaimed.
LOLA is a restoration, not a new build, so it sells on narrative as much as square footage. The brand had to honour the house's history while making it feel new, desirable and unmistakably ultra-luxury, and hold together across everything from the hoarding on the street to the brochure in a buyer's hands.
We built LOLA a complete identity around one idea, a return to glory. A refined wordmark and iris mark, a cream and pistachio palette drawn from the house itself, and a system that ran clean from brochure to signage to social. Editorial spreads, CGI and campaign lines like “Made beautiful again” framed the restoration as a new chapter worth being part of.
Reborn a storied home relaunched as a brand. One system brochure, signage and social in lockstep. Story-led a restoration sold as a return to glory.
